another car question Translation pls

Hi. Last year at my ITV they said we would need to change the tyres and sort out the 'silentblok delantera'. I rather think this isn't spelled properly as it doesn't come up on google but was written down for me this way by the ITV mechanic.. Although the first thought was silencer...the delantera (front) thing makes me wonder if it's actually the bushes. I know F'all about this kind of thing. But the 'bushes' whatever they are... (I think some kind of rubber anti shock thingumyjigs) :D always seem to need replacing every few years...and it's been a few. Any advice please mechanicoes and interesados. As usual we want to have a bit of an idea rather than just wave cash (that we don't have) in front of a hungry garage owner.

Spanishdict.com indicates that it is
"front characteristics"
using Microsoft Translator

as it relates also to changing the tyres I would suggest he is saying you need to get the tracking adjusted

are the tyres wearing unevenly, is there any pull to the left or right when travelling in a straight line ??

Thanks Domino. We've already got the alignment and balancing done. I think it's a specific part.

Agoreira is correct it refers to the rubber bushes that the components of the suspension are mounted on.

Unfortunately when they are replaced the alignment will require rechecking.

Bugger!!! 'Scuse language :D Thanks Agoreira and Fred. That's what I thought. Shame about the realignment since we've only just paid for that. Ahh well. You win some.....
