Hi
I am trying to rescue a badly injured, large gull, who has been on a neighbouring roof terrace for several days. It has a broken wing and possibly damage to a leg. The house is unoccupied and the (uncontactable!) Owners apparently live in Barcelona (500km from here). The terrace is not easy to reach, but I'm making enquiries re finding a very long (15m or so) ladder. Tried an animal group which has connections with guardia civil, but the bird's still there. Hate the thought of him dying a slow death!
Although a long shot, has anyone any reasonable suggestions/ideas, please!? We live in Altea, Costa Blanca.

Thank you snikpoh. I am just waiting for a neighbour with a ladder. If that doesn't work, ill ask re fire brigade. I did look at their website, but it only referred to bees and wasps. However, from what you've said they may help.
