Guaranteed whenever I travel by plane I will catch whatever bugs are going, doesn't matter where I sit, I always get the bod that has the cold and sneezes all over you.:rolleyes:

In three years havenÂ´t even had a cold but have heard several people had the flu. I swear by Manuka honey for sore throats and stomach problems - a natural antibiotic.

Thanks mate...!!! Me and Mr E were only trying to think of that particular honey last night.....as our friends wife to be swears by it.

Very interesting as in general you should be more healthier out there !

Your problem is most likely to be dampness within the home , this causes the lungs to retain all them miniscule bugs and dont pass easy, smokers generally dont suffer so much as they have a coating on the lungs , 1 plus of smoking i guess ,

remedys are as below;

The solution is either start smoking, Or buy a new drier villa..

I havenÂ´t found it our end. I usually by it in gib or get friends to bring it out.
If you have a sore throat just literally take a spoonful every hour and it just disappears.
