Alicante hotel

Alicante hotel
I am looking for a hotel nearish to alicante airport for a one night stay in April. Can anyone recommend one for me? I will be on my own all day (evening flight) so would like to be near beach/shops but also handy for a shuttle bus or taxi thanks in advance for any replies

We stayed here a couple of years ago. I can highly recommend it.

It's right on the beach, next to the marina. And not far from the shops and the bus station.
Taxi from the airport was around 15-20 euros if I remember correctly. There is also a bus from the airport into town.
