Default Alcohol in supermarkets

I have been googling this but can't find an answer.

What is the earliest time alcohol can be bought in a Spanish supermarket?

The husband shaped person is picking up some barbecue foods tomorrow morning at about 10.30 am. Will he be allowed to buy alcohol at the same time?
