Hi,
We use Aki wifi in the province of Castellon for several years.
About 1 month ago, we had no internet anymore. We called and called and nobody was available until today.
After 1 month the tecnician came to the house to tell us that a restaurant nearby had an antenna to spread the signal and the restaurant does not want to continue with this. So, our neighbourhood has no signal anymore.
The technician told us "find another provider". This is just 2 days before our holidaymakers arrive .....
Be careful, Aki wifi has not really a professional approach.

Not sure what's "non professional" about the what you describe, sounds to me like they told you the truth which is a lot more than you can say for many ISP's!
Clearly the service depends on having somewhere suitable to mount their redistribution antenna and if they've lost that and have no ready alternative available what is it you expect them to do?
I'll presume that you've been happy with their service over the years you've had it and if so it's churlish and ungrateful to now publically castigate them for something happening which they may had absolutely no notice about, no control over, and which very likely came as as much a surprise to them as it has to you.

Very unprofessional to let a client call 20+ times for not having internet during 5 weeks. Just saying 'we will send somebody because the problem must be inside your house' and nobody comes. And after 4 weeks calling they just take the monthly fee.
Professional approach is to call the client or tell the client when he calls and complains and tell them the truth and ask them to look for another provider.
