anyone know if prices aredropping in Aguilas?

looking for resale aprt

what % drop would one expect something to drop by re original 2006 new price.

Cant comment on this specific area but so far properties in my area dont seem to have dropped in price that much in general......yet! I think it all depends on the vendors circumstances and how much they want/need to sell their properties.

With a lot of people desperate to sell there is always the possibility of picking up something there at a reduced price. Just go direct to the seller and I`m sure you will be able to negotiate a good price.
