Just looked at mine and you don`t appear to have an IP address or subnet mask, just zeros, but don`t know the cure, I am sure sojohn can sort it for you though. ,-)

I promised to report back, and while it's not fixed there may be a glimmer of hope.
Apparently, a telefonica tecnico has been trying to phone me today (and it's true, I have 2 missed calls) to come and have a look. This means they've accepted there's a fault and they're trying to do something about it. Now I just have to hope he really will phone back... |

The tecnico didn't phone back, but did turn up unannounced soon after. he said there's nothing wrong with the adsl so the ISP told me it must be the router and they would send me a new one.
Here's hoping |
