Default 2 Ryanair questions

Couple of quick questions -

1. Do Ryanair still fly out of Granada airport (the one near Santa Fe) ? I was looking at Skyscanner and it doesn't seem to come up with anything from Granada to Uk anymore.

2. Are Ryanair now really charging 15€ each way for infants and babies (plus taxes of course)? Surely that can't be right because they don't even get their own seat or luggage allowance.

Cheers,
Bill

They also now charge to use a check in desk! Its cheaper if you check in online (as long as u have no bags of course) and print your own boarding pass.

However, The Granada to East Midlands route can produce some very cheap prices. Especially during peak seasons like school holidays. Ive been up there a couple of times to get people rather than malaga. Its an extra 1 hour drive. But if there are a few coming you can save hundreds.

All you need to do is stuff your infant into a suitable holdall and they will be classed as carry-on baggage for which there is no charge! Just take them out before you get to the X-Ray machine.

Ryanair - the low fares, infant friendly airline.

That's not that new, been doing that since last year, our last flights were a total, return, of €88, made up of €0.04 for the tickets, and €87.96 for charges, credit card booking, check in at desk, baggage charges and the airport charges.

Well 84euros doesnt sound too bad. Basically they are just making out that their tickets are like 1p. But then find other things to bill you for. Whereas other airlines would bill you 80 euros for a ticket and not for things like checking in!

Its just clever marketing. At the end of the day, there is no escaping paying!
No one is going to fly for 1p!!
