It's still there Dick however a very sad sight these days all boarded up and run down. It still had the funfair etc when we moved up to NE 19 years ago. There have been many grand plans to bring it back to life but none so far have gone anywhere.

All a bit confusing.
In the UK we have cities, towns and villages. Here apart from cities only the term Pueblo seems to be in common use, which could mean anything from a sizable town down to a tiny village. I'm sure there must be lots of very pretty, yet tiny and remote places that most ppl have neither seen nor ever heard of, so it's somewhat difficult to pass fair judgement. |
