The 10 prettiest towns in Spain.

Not my list, but hard to argue with them.

Have to admit I've only been to 3 of them...
Edit - the list of 50 is perhaps a better place to look, as it shows images - glad to say I've been to quite a few on the list.

I would include Cuenca, Castellar de la Frontera and Setenil de las bodegas

We were in Setenil de las Bodegas (#29 of the list of 50) a couple of weeks ago.
I would call it fascinating, odd - even a bit weird. But not really pretty...

I wouldn't live in one of those for a Kings Ransom, not with that lot sitting just above my head.
I presume it's not in a Quake zone, though I believe two or three similar houses got crushed a while back when there was some slight earth movement.
I can't recall offhand if there were any casualties.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/City
There are 53 different countries definitions listed in Wikipedia, but not Spain.
I then tried Spanish City and came up with
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spanish_City
That was the first Spanish city I visited

Ha ha, I vaguely remember when that was going strong, especially when all the Jocks came down at holiday time, before the Spanish Costas had properly taken off.
Back then we even had a "Spanish City" close to my home little windswept N.E village.
It was actually a big and very lively pub, the only connection I knew of with our other N.E. Spanish City was that it was painted white.

The next thing you two will tell me is you used to drink in the Briar Dene.
