Hi all. Does anyone know whether you can access UK 0845 numbers from Spain ?? It may seem like an odd question, but we are looking at opening a cash ISA account before we move. Ideally we have been looking for one that we can manage via internet banking, but the best we can find is one that we can 'see' from the internet but, for deposits/withdrawals we have to go into branch or ring via an 0845 number. They can't give us an ordinary geographic number, so thought we had better make sure that we can ring it from Spain, before we sign up.
Not long to go now !!! Here we come. Well another month anyway.

Have a look at the website "say no to 0870" for alternative real telephone numbers.

It should be fine... we use 0845 / 0870 numbers all the time.

you can but they wont be at cheap/local - as already said have a look here you will probably find alternative numbers that will be cheaper or free (if you use voip or similar when you are over here)
