Edit. here in Australia, it ain't great, at £1.00 to $1.50 dollars its $717.00 per week, the rent i $350.00 per week and a beer is $7.00 so, having a think.

I am in Oz for now,iwould not, i guess icould have a nice life in Teneriffe Europe maybe, there is a Tenerrife here in Oz Brisbane, nice but expensive, just my visa here will cost me alot along with waiting for it, Oz is costly, nice, but costy, might stay not sure?

It is a pretty pointless vague question which comes up so often in this forum in various guises.

Some could live very comfortably on 600€ a week and some would struggle.
IMHO, if OP can live on that at home he will be able to enjoy a similar lifestyle and standard of living in canaries.

Me, and me, and maybe a female friend, to just enjoy. I will have to rent, i will never buy a place, so i have no furniture, not interested in items, not interested in buying towels or knives and forks, like a beer or ten, hate cooking, always eat out, love snorkling, and being outside.

In the UK on £2070.00 a month i live like a king, in Oz, well a survior.

What you spend on rent in Tenerife will depend where you are. If you want to be on the Playa de las Americas beachfront you could spend over €1,000 a month for a small flat, but in Santa Cruz you could get something decent for less than half that and still have plenty left over so you can take up smoking, gambling, drugs, etc etc ...
