You could do worse than geting yourself down to Mitchells (V&A Waterfront) Ale house when there's a football match on- plenty of Brits in there then LOL! I lived and worked in CT for nearly three years. Depending on who's playing when, you'll find expat supporters clubs in Mitchells. I'm not into football btw, but if I was on my own and fresh in town, I'd probably find myself here....
