Will someone fail the required medical for EP/SP if he/she had syphilis in past?

If someone had syphilis in the past and treated with antibiotics, will the person loose the right to work and have EP or SP cancelled once the person arrives in Singapore and the blood tests will show as a positive result?

No they won't. That is of no interest to the MOM, HIV on the other hand is, so if you pop up positive in that regard then you will have problems..
