I am from India, completed BE in Mechanical Engineering and had 1 year of buying/purchasing experience in good manufacturing firm in India. Afterwards I moved to U.K and studied MBA in Engineering Mgt. and then worked for 1 year as a buyer in small engineering firm in UK. Because of visa issues I had to move back to India. Currently I am in India and looking for job in Singapore and other countries. It's been 4 months now I am unemployed I am regularly applying jobs on recruitment sites like jobstreet, jobsdb, monster, etc. But my application gets rejected as I don't have any work permit.
I want to work outside India. Can anyone please help me and guide me in applying jobs overseas. Please suggest me some countries which can be easier for me to get jobs or work permit without having any job offer letter.

Hi jaguar85 - finding work here isn't easy but it's definitely not impossible.

Have you tried contacting companies directly? Or via recruitment agencies?

Thanks for your reply. Yes I have applied for jobs which are available on company's website and also on different recruitment sites.
But they reject my application as I don't have work visa.

That's why I posted query here whether anyone here know some companies in Singapore who help in getting visa to employee.

Kindly take consultancy from some good consultant in your Country inform them about your overall situation so they will guide you more properly or may be they can find some good position's for you.
