Default LTVP for UK unmarried couple

Hi All,

My girlfriend is getting a work pass and I am looking to get an LTVP through her. We are unmarried and it looks like we need to provide a notarized affidavit for common law marriage which is not recognized in the UK. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this recently. I've seen some threads but earliest is from 2018 and we are a bit unsure on how to go about this. We are in the process of getting a solicitor to do it for us but if anyone has done this recently and approved, it would be good to get a sample affidavit and perhaps contact of the solicitor they have used.

Although we have been together for more than 3-4 years, we only share paying bills financially therefore we don't have much evidence as some of the previous successful applicants like mortgage deed or mutual bank account, which is another concern for us.

Regards
