Went there tonight. Food very good - tequila even better!
Prices were a tad high for Portugal, but for a change of scenery it was fine.
2 x covers, 2 x mains, 2 large jugs margaritas + lots of tequila shots = 50 Euros.

we also tried it last week...& it was pretty good, agree with above post...

It appears that this restaurant has now closed, we tried another restaurant on Sat. night that has been open a couple of months, its called Jaimes and the food and service was really good, it is around the corner from Pizza Venizia across from Bar Sitio.

Sorry to hear that it has closed. I was looking forward to trying it out.

What is the cuisine at Jaimes? Any dish you would recommend?

The Mexican in Tavira has defintely gone now. Signs down, emptied and for rent in the window.

Jamies Cocina is fabulous. Look at the reviews on Trip Advisor website. The owner really cares about good service, fresh produce and fantastic food.
