Whats the current housing market like in Perth?
Are they still shooting up in price?
I know this is an old thread, but i would like to hear from anyone looking to buy in Perth at the moment, or priced out at the moment?

yes would be great for an update. We were there back in March and the house prices had stabilized due to the government announcing the new stamp duty levels, what has happened since they have made the adjustments?
