So my time line was as follows

travel dates March 4th to London

application for a renewal received Jan 27th
payment taken Feb 17th
Feb 25th called Careline who escalated...

Thanks Dean - can you help answer this question now! - I passed on my flight details Thursday to Careline who said they would place the renewal on an escalated service - and now theres a 72 hour call...

So on the day they charged my card (Feb 17th) I was told it would take 3 weeks to process a renewal from that point.
