Thank you for your replies, but I'd like to know specifically about places in Canada.

Re: Canada... but where?

That makes a lot of sense and I realise I asked a massively vague question here! As I said I'm at the visiting stage so in asking for advice on a place to visit, I guess I made it harder adding the...

Why do you think so?

I'd definitely like to visit even if I end up not considering it as a place to potentially settle. The job prospects of a place are of course a huge consideration. Might...

Re: Canada... but where?

Good point :o I guess I just figured it meant more woodland very close by as opposed to travelling a couple of hours to get to it. This is why I need to visit, until them I'm just speculating a lot...

Re: Canada... but where?

Thank you for the link. There are definite similarities but you're right, there's not much point in looking at the list now. Am I right in thinking it's January for Express Entry to come into being?...

Re: Canada... but where?

I saw data administrator is on the federal skilled worker list, although I'm not sure it's quite the same thing as I'm doing. Similarities perhaps? Either way, you're right, I'll be here for a few...

Re: Canada... but where?

I learned that New Brunswick and particularly Fredericton is apparently quite a laid back and welcoming place, and that appeals to me. Lots of woodland too, I believe.

May I ask why you loathe...

Re: Canada... but where?

It is broad, although I'm really only looking at those for visiting at the moment, and since as you said it's a huge distance, I'd be visiting only the east or west during one visit, not travelling...

Re: Canada... but where?

I've lived in Chester and Helsby up north and Woolacombe and Croyde down south, so I'd consider moving elsewhere in the UK again but I also figure the money spent could go towards my trip.

I'm a...

Re: Canada... but where?

Hello, fellow Brummie :) I'm nowhere near PR yet, I'm in the planning stage, although I know things can change and there's no guarantee of anything. I'm planning for a trip out there first and I've...

Question Canada... but where?

I'm pretty early in my journey although I've been wanting to move to Canada for several years, I'm still researching and hopefully planning a visit sooner rather than later. I know everyone is...

Re: Past Health Issue

Thanks for your reply, christmasoompa. Ah, I see. So that would be NOC skill type 0, A or B? I get a little information overload sometimes and get some details confused.

Thank you for your further replies.

atscmc - Thank you and I'm glad you're well too :) So I'd need extra reports from consultant oncologists and such, that makes sense. Was it difficult to get an...

Question Past Health Issue

I wonder if somebody could advise me on this. A few years ago, I got my visa for TWP in Canada. I was saving money and planning my year abroad. Unfortunately, a few months after my visa was approved...
