Yes and I think Audi cars in general are a lot more expensive in Spain, I may just sell, I've been looking at a Mercedes v-class, a car which is popular in Spain, and they are significantly cheaper...

Thanks for the advice, I would probably feel a lot safer if my wife was in a communal area. Especially for the 1st year or so.

shouldn't be a problem, spoke to a friend last night who lives in the Gold Coast. He was in Same situation (same job) as me 2 and a half years ago. He's never looked back since he arrived.

I agree maybe they did slot me under another position but still all positions are land based there is nothing to stipulate that you work offshore. Again very confusing.

It was in 2014, the position was pipe lay supervisor, and it was not on any of the skills list, it is a offshore oil/gas position.
