Just a quick update still not heard anything back after 16 months and to be honest I’ve kind of give up now.

Wow it will be a year tomorrow and I’ve still not heard anything back about my waiver. They’re not in a hurry are they.

Is there any way to find out where they are looking at your visa?
I even double checked the VCU R3-2018-01 they gave me just to make sure they had recommended me for a waiver.

Has the wait for the waiver of non ineligibility increased I had my interview and was recommended on the 4th of October 24 but I’ve still not heard anything back they said it will take 6-9 months.

My tracker still says visa denied even though the official saying she would recommend me for the waiver is this normal? My interview was last Friday 4th October
