Timeframes are really terrible at the moment.

Also looks like an additional $250 dollar fee will be added from 2026 so not good for those that will need to put in an application from next year...

Line 133 on 14/08/2024 is still waiting. Given it's the 4th July today, hopefully they hear something early next week.

I think we're waiting for jackotekk and Babsy86 to confirm their outcome but all the rest have been either declined via email or passport requested and received back with a decline.

I think that's going to be the same for a lot of people. At the time of the interviews, they were probably satisfied with what they had but I'm going to assume since the change in government, rules...

Yes it reads like at towards the end. I've never seen a refusal letter so unsure if this is just normal standard text. Maybe Orland0 and Buzz25 will be able to confirm if this is the same wording...

Sorry, read it in full now! So they are also saying about the strong ties which is the same as Cummings and Orland0 . I'm going to assume there will be a lot of these in the near future unfortunately...

Looks like O1 from 19/08/2024 got their email yesterday. A few added from facebook it looks like.

I will definitely be holding out on booking an interview until I'm confident they're sending...

Looks like the other denial in the past week was due to having not enough ties to the UK. The wife has posted on the Orlando Facebook page that after posting the passport, they got the passport back...
