yes I’ve tried many times and it got rejected. It was 3 years ago, I had 5 years ban. 1y Better than nothing for sure 🙏

They usually recommend the waiver on the day of your interview; perhaps there's been an update to the process. I am waiting around 13 months; I hope to hear something soon.
