worth noting if you’re coming from a country where you have to pay tax, then it’s the % uplift on the gross amount as opposed to net so not necessarily what goes into your account always

Yep pretty much what others have confirmed my friend. 25% appears to be there position and I hear up to 30% upon certain circumstances.

Not a huge increase but the overall package alongside tax...

where are you current located. If UK, take your current pre tax salary and multiple by 1.4- 2 times. That would be ideal scenario.

The more you earn in Uk particularly if u earn morn than 100k...

this is exactly what I am hoping to do too. Never been one to be tied to a specific schedule and I reckon most of the gym stuff is in Nc1 ( i believe in Nc1 there is a ladies only gym and mixed gym)....
