With all the effort, expense, uncertainty, etc, I'm having loads of "and the reason you are doing this is?" moments. But at 44 (:eek:), it's now or never.

I'm sensing that the property market has turned the corner. Looking at the local papers around my way all the "bargains" have now been sold. I interpret that to mean that those of us who have sold...

I think you're right. It's a very temporary hiccup. In the last few weeks the banks and building societies have been increasing their lending so there's more competitive deals about.
