there was a some buggys being advertised for rent in fuenguirola port 2 or 3 years ago,they are not there now

what you need to do is of course go inland,find some routes that seem fun,advertise in local bars,tourist agents etc,get a minibus maybe pick people up,bung leaflets everywhere in the tourists areas...
