I can only say when i came to get my car done i went to Averio and asked what i had to do i did as they said and my car is Matriculated. Same for my driving licence. Same when i wanted my roof...

Hi

Original poster, why not just go to the local customs Office as they do the Matriculation they will know what to do.

Whatever the Law is it's how each department see's the Law and how they intemperate the new Law. Best bet would be to go to the IMTT and ask them. That's the only way to get a correct answer to your...
