All accountants are in Cat 3 right now, either they have four 7s or not (you can call them lucky) accountant with state sponsorship and later on SMP shall be in cat 2, once the SMP is announced.

As there must be very few CSL application and no application in cat 2 hence hence I assume those will be finalized along with Cat 3 during next couple of months or may be weeks.:fingerscrossed:
