I bought Chloe a pair of shoes from a UK website shop in May. They arrived on the 28th and broke today. The very thick, rubber sole just cracked wide open and split apart when she was walking home.

Yes, there is bad service in the UK too, but I think what we moan about here is not always bad service per se, but the complicated, convoluted, excessively bad ways of providing a service - or lack...

I'm printing it too and I'm off back to the shop tomorrow and asking to speak to the manager.
Whether they substitute my phone or not is one thing ........ what they say to me could well be another...

I got given a smartphone in October.
Last month the wifi stopped working on it and then it kept losing the Vodafone signal as well.
Took it back to the shop this morning with the receipt and...
