if the Minister's instruction wont be out till Nov and all the applications after feb 27 are on hold,I wonder how the Buffalo visa post will meet the annual quota.

Same with CEC also.Although it was announced long back in 2007 budget session yet to get some updates on it. Looks like the much hyped post Feb 27 IRPA change has pushed the CEC implementation into...

Occupation list under PNP is different for different provinces like IT is not listed under Ontario. As I don't have AE, if IT fails to make to the final list then my application will be returned...
