Its if Australia choose to check your container. I haven't looked to it in depth but if customs want to inspect your container you have to pay something like $400, Crown just choose to include this...

despite waiting for a decision on the visa :sneaky:
we have had the international removers round to give us some quotes and this is what we have. The service is from Stoke on Trent to Robina...
