I think you're getting hosed on your internet :(. We have our ADSL from C&W (or rather, Lime) and have minimal issues with streaming and bandwidth. Very rarely does it cut out entirely.

Agreed - it seems from the outside that it would be tremendously easy to implement changes that would make things much more efficient. I think, though, that change is much slower to implement than it...

Minisoufka, your repeated question "why?" made me laugh, not at you, but because many of us have often wondered the same thing!

I'll speak for myself and admit that we are spoiled in North America...

West coast is generally known as a wealthier area, which I suppose makes it more appealing to some people. In my opinion, the east and north coasts are more beautiful (rugged, natural, fresh air)...
