I made some faggots a few years back with adjustments to a recipe I found. None of the others would eat liver so I avoided that bit but I thought it worked quite well.

I just googled images of whole fresh lamb. They look like squirrels :ohmy:

Where's the rest? Even sheared, they're bigger than that.

Absolutely. But I don't think they came with New Zealand stamped on the fleshy part of the joint. :rofl:

I remember seeing the stamp several times and wondering if they accompanied Anchor butter....

Mine neither but I do remember it was expensive and not buying it because of that in the 80s and 90s when I had my mum over for Sunday dinner and she never used to buy it either.

Seeing the price of Lamb, do you ever wonder how they afforded it? I know our family didn't have much but can it be that lamb was no more expensive than the other stuff?
