Again? The rules haven't changed for a long time though the terminology has. There's no real difference between a PRV and what you have to fulfil to gain one and the old IRRVs and what you had to...

I think you need to re read the requirements for a PRV again...


I take it you're not planning on living in NZ long term, if you are then why the rush to get a PRV? :unsure:
