Ah, its trying to match the 457 grant/evidence number, and sounds like you have a new grant number, which is probably for the 186.

I don't usually recommend ringing DIBP but I think in this case...

I you were granted PR as his de facto then the travel rights on that will be valid for 5 years from its grant, so Feb 2018, so you can return to Australia up until that date. You would not need a...
