RRV/PR do not necessarily go hand in hand. Many PR holders lose their PR in a lot shorter time than 10 years after leaving the country.

44 is not the cut off age for a new skills visa, any more...

There is no travel component to a RRV. It exists to allow travel.

However you are obviously the first BE-er to have a single RRV valid for 10 years so good luck to you. Maybe you could tell...

The maximum RRV for Aus is 5 years, not 10. Renewal is not automatic even with a job offer, and if you've been outside of Aus and let it lapse then you mainly only be granted a 3 month RRV next, just...
