People don't have to move to Aus if they can't get their parents there, it's a choice they make. Or the kids could save up and fund their parents if they are that concerned. It's a bureaucracy which...

They still have the CPV option. Don't see it as unjustifiably cruel - it's not like all options for parents are cut off just that they have to pay their way in rather than rocking up on a tourist...
