I agree fair comment but non of them were tested for an impact with a 2 tonne motor hitting them. They're all tested against a static concrete block, the dynamics of two vehicles travelling opposite...

In UK/European countries engines have advanced so much both in diesel and petrol categories that we don't have to have a bloody great fuel tank, which means in an accident we're not waiting for...

Yep you're right there on the X3.

BMW X5 says it all. Find me a competitive Canadian model. Surely there must be ONE!!!

However, depends on the model, and the emissions are better than my smaller car now including more eco!

Oh yes I remember now, did quite like the Saturn SUV's. Had all I wanted. Not sure what makes are considered decent or reliable brands, Dodge, Ford?

My fav is BMW X5!!! Maybe in a few years time...
