BUT - as many of you have noticed its BASTARD hot and trying to brew lager with fermenter in a hot laundry or hot shed would probably...

I've done a bit of homebrewing...

Results have been always good - some slightly overly fizzy beers (when I've added too much primer) - but some excellent...

Even my worst brews have been better...
