Don't know who/what ATOS is? Googled them but came up with a French IT services company...It was (presumably) the DHSS or whoever administered disability benefits at that time

Some people come off disability, but often not the right ones.

My eldest nephew was invalided out of the army with brain damage, loss of one eye and ear, and very limited vision in his remaining...

But that would be their choice, post independence, not at Westminsters insistence....

In any case, there's really only a degree or 2 difference. The vast bulk of Scotland lies between 2W and 6W,...

I must be missing something here, as I just don't see how that can be possible...Westminster doesn't "own" the time (does it?).......how can they tell another country what time zone they must use?

I don't think that's something they can dictate is it? sounds more like one of the stories put around like the one about them having to switch to driving on the right

I only learned about it a couple of years back when the referendum thing kicked off again. I don't think we ever covered it in history at school ... we were far more focused on useful stuff like...
