Totall agree,however does seem standard in Spain:blink:Unfurnished is norm 1 mths dep + 1mths fee,furnished 2mths dep + 1mths fee,however may find private owners where fee may not be asked for!

Kyero has quite a few,but believe I recall a previous poster saying they wanted whole term upfront along with 2 mths depsoit and 1 mths finders fee,seems to be pretty standard practice.Also Costa...
