Aren't you allowed to go over the speed limit in Spain for an emergency. Have seen them do it....they drive waving a white hanky/cloth out of the car window.

I have felt safe in both countries...

I am in agreement with CCTV cameras, scoff but many criminals have been caught or clues been found. The murderer of two women was caught only a few days ago by CCTV when she was seen getting into his...
