Brian it boils down to - you need three years of presence in the four years before you apply for citizenship. Once you have been in Australia three years, that will suffice (in your case).

As I said before Brian, you probably qualify for a one year RRV already. However, one of the factors they look at is also whether you have been in the country a year, so even if you don't qualify...

You all would probably qualify for one year RRVs now.

Assuming none of your family leave Australia before the following dates:
You will qualify for a 5 year RRV on 1 June 2015.
You will qualify...
