As JDR said, there is something wrong there.

0.12mb is only twice as fast as your old TRAC connection. It should be at least 10x faster than you are getting and possibly even more.

That was my point Fred - always use the same server/test site when doing comparisons.

Does it matter?

The point of the post is to establish any speed differences across the country so it is essential to use the same test and Speedtest seems to be the preferred method.
