The Canadian and UK versions also contain different ingredients, which has got to change the taste between the 2 versions.

To a retailer the demographics of the area are very important, even with major chains like Wal-Mart, they do stock stores differently region to region, not all stores within a chain sell the same...

I was bored so compared ingredients. (note I don't use this product, so no clue as to what it tastes like.)

Canada Version:

white vinegar, water, glucose-fructose, black strap molasses, tomato...

They shut the Mcdonalds down in the local Wal-Mart here, I suppose 2 Mcd's locations was too much for the town.

My local store has very limited food stuffs, mostly junk food, and frozen foods....
