People are just realising that paying $700K for a small house with not much garden in Perth is not on.

You really need others to respond - I only know the nice areas near where we are. I've already mentioned a few - also try Marmion, Hillarys, Sorrento, Warwick, Greenwood? and then further south,...

You can check the prices on www.realestate.com.au

If you ignore the higher end suburbs (such as Cottesloe) and the lower end and focus on the middle order suburbs you will get a fairly good...

To me it's another indication of how out of line it all is.

If the rental market could stand a weekly rental which was more in relation to the price of the house then we would all be paying higher...

Interested to know if those posters who are denying the fact that things are starting to cool are those who have just bought or have investment properties, and those who think that it may be cooling...

Perth House Prices Cooling?

For those of you despairing at the thought of Perth house prices increasing indefinitely, there are a few reports starting to appear saying that we are seeing the beginning of the end.
