They do have the cash, which they got it by cutting the pensions, Health and Education (jeeez that is exactly what we need now)

they dont have any option, there appalling Health budget has been Cut off, pension scheme has been cut off JUST to increase their Defense Budget! Seems like they are already feeling the Heat...
