My wages will cover the mortgage with about 200 dollars left over and we will live of Mr PPs wages which will be hard due to insurances etc. Do you know anything about mortgage...

I must say automatics are quite nice to drive, I learned in a manual but have an old ankle injury so automatics will suit me.

I envy those that love driving and drive with confidence, I am jealous...

I passed my test donkeys years ago and have never driven since. I had my refresher lesson two weeks ago and hated it.

I have been told that termites are everywhere in Perth.

One of the girls at work tends to do all the termite inspections for colleagues if/when they buy properties so he will do ours for the mortgage and then once we have moved in, we are going to get him...

Nope, the ANZ woman wanted to see me in person and couldnt fit me in.

So the broker went with ANZ and it was all done in a week - well just under actually.

Ive got to cancel the appointment...

Its all gone through now, ANZ said they couldnt fit me in to see the broker till the beginning of October.

We just have the termite inspection to sort now and we settle on 15th October.

Update - it looks like it is going through, I wont go into why/how as I am frazzled but I would like to ask one quick question.

We have to give 3 weeks notice on our tenancy which expires on 6th...

Lets just say that yesterday I put the phone down on the broker and the cock up is significant (long and detailed story), the broker has said that we need to find another $4,000 in 4 weeks, they also...
